Events

  • October 28: Watson Memorial Fund 2018 Kick-off

    Central Church will celebrate Kirkmont Center and the lives of Homer and Steve Watson with this year's kick-off luncheon on October 28. We will combine our worship services for a single service at 11:00 AM in the Sanctuary. Following worship, join us in Fellowship Hall for lunch. Volunteers to help in the kitchen are needed - to volunteer, please contact the church office.


  • November 4: All Saints' Observance / Memorial Sunday

    In honor of All Saints' Day at our 9:30 worship, we will honor members of Central Church that have passed since November 2017.


  • November 10: Presbytery of the Miami Valley Presbytery Meeting

    Central Presbyterian Church is pleased to host our fellow Presbyterian churches for their November meeting. Many volunteers will be needed for a variety of tasks. Look for more information in the weekly bulletin.


  • November 12: Monday Music Program

    Join us at 1:00 PM in our Sanctuary for a concert by award-winning hammered dulcimer player Amanda Roberts. All are welcome!


  • November 16-17: Sew Faithful Fundraiser

    The ladies (and men!) of Sew Faithful will hold their annual fundraiser on Friday and Saturday, both days from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The event includes a large raffle quilt, a silect auction quilt and lots of handmade treasures.


  • December 2: Hanging of the Greens

    All are welcome to help decorate the church building and worship spaces for the Advent and Christmas seasons. We will meet at 10:00 AM. Men volunteers are especially needed to help with the heavier items that need brought up from the basement.


  • December 9: Christmas Cantata/Congregational Meeting/Christmas Luncheon

    This year's Christmas cantata is entitled "Come Now to Bethlehem" and will take place during our combined worship service at 10:30 AM on December 9. Following worship, the December congregational meeting to elect church officers will be held before we meet in Fellowship Hall for our annual Christmas luncheon.


  • December 17: Monday Music Program

    Join us for a 1:00 PM Christmas harp duet program in the Sanctuary featuring Kathleen Miguel and our Director of Music Leslie Stratton. All are welcome!
